Balance Group Australia Pty Ltd

My husband was very happy with the walker chosen which suited his specific needs. The service and professional attention was exceptional. We would highly recommend this store for all your mobility needs. D & T

Great. Most helpful and patient staff ... so valuable to access expert advice when purchasing safety items for the home and daily living. I suggest this should be the first place to head when needs arise rather than 'trying' inadequate solutions that may add hazards for someone with diminishing function. Again ... great service 😀 …

The service we received from Balance Mobility was exceptional from all members of the team, nothing was too much trouble no matter whom we spoke to. They were all warm, understanding and caring. Moniques wealth of information and knowledge was amazing and my husband and I are so happy with all the aids that she showed us and fitted him with to make life easier for him both in and out of the home. There were mobility aids available that we had no idea that existed and we are so grateful. The store itself stocks a very large range, it was easy to see the the mobility aids and easy to get around the well presented store. If you need help with your mobility I would highly recommend this lovely store, I won't be going any where else. Thank you Monique and the Team.

I needed some hire equipment for my mum and Monique was amazing from start to finish. She showed compassion and gave me some advice on other equipment I hadn't thought of. Thank u Monique!

Monique's exceptional customer service was truly impressive. Her professionalism and insightful understanding of our needs were remarkable. I wholeheartedly recommend her; she is a significant asset to your company.
