We had a fantastic experience with Monique. She was very welcoming and understanding of our needs whilst being very professional. Its very hard to find good employees like her, so be sure to hold on to her as she is a great assest to your team. We would highly recommend her service again 😊 Thank you! …

I was pleasantly surprised with the excellent customer service at Balance Mobility. Monique was incredibly helpful and took the time to go over the different products and prices with me. She made the whole process easy and stress-free. It's rare to find such friendly and knowledgeable service these days—thank you, Monique!
