Google MapsVery disappointing experience. Bought a brand new iGo folding power wheelchair last year. After a few months It wouldn't fold properly and then the joystick handle broke off. Soon after one of the armrests broke. It's been back and forth to Balance Mobility for months and months while our 94 year old Dad struggled without it. Originally they wanted to charge approximately $150 for the joystick part and after sending it back, we were told they'd been sent the wrong part. They kept the wheelchair this time for well over a month. Now we've been told that the armrest and the joystick part will cost $1500 if we want to go ahead and have it repaired! The only thing they ended up repairing was the folding capability. A staff member agreed that these plastic parts really shouldn't break so easily and yet they aren't covered by the warranty.
