Balance Group Australia Pty Ltd

Julie knew her product exceptionally well, was extremely helpful and enthusiastic. Great selection of quality products. Would highly recommend this store for all mobility needs.

Recently purchased rollator (wheeled walker) from Jason at Balance Mobility. Can't speak highly enough of the service, smiles and satisfaction he and the rest of the team provided throughout this several-visit process. Jason ensured I felt like a welcome family member to this family run business and provided a level of care and consideration to finding me the perfect walker that I did not find elsewhere. I would definitely have no hesitation in recommending Balance Mobiity and believe they deserve more than 5 stars! Lynda Parkes

Thank you Julie Harrington, you're an excellent salesperson, you knew the right kind of walker I needed for my problem, then going out of your way to deliver personally. I will keep on dealing with Balance Mobility. Thank you Julie.

Wow now that’s was easy. I called Nat just before I left Tweed hospital & within 20 minutes I had my rented mobility chair in the car ready for action. Great staff, quick easy transaction, easy parking, highly recommend. Thanks guys!

First class service from the team. Scooter was delivered and picked up as scheduled, enabling my 97 year old Dad a chance to see Snapper Rocks up close again. Great product with heaps of battery capacity !
