I am disappointed with this service. I had an operation and hired a wheel chair and shower chair for 3 weeks. It was almost $200. It wasn't as big an operation as expected. I tried to return the items as I didn't need them. They would only give a store credit. I won't be recommending them to others requiring these aides.Be very careful when hiring!

Toni was so kind and helpful in my quest to purchase a new wheelchair for my elderly friend. It made for a stress free and pleasant shopping experience.

Asking an elderly lady to pay out $700 up front for a throttle to be replaced on her mobility scooter then over 5 weeks later not done. Absolute disgrace. You should be giving that $700 back and admit you over looked doing it forgetting. Absolute disgraceful give her the money back. I’m disgusted and never will promote your business again !
