Saturday 11th November - I run a hotel Surfers Chalet in Surfers Paradise. I had lovely guests from France arrive this morning and the airline had lost the guests wheelchair. Being a Saturday I struggled to find anyone open to hire a wheelchair from. I finally found Balance Mobility through a google search who were open. I cant stress highly enough how wonderful and helpful they were. They made a stressful situation so easy and the lovely Sam also dropped the wheelchair off on her way home from work and showed me how to assemble and fold up. Great quality wheelchair and a lot cheaper than I thought it would be to hire for a week. The best customer service ever and I absolutely highly recommend. I will be using them again for any other guests who may require their services. A huge big thanks from me and a big merci beaucoup from my lovely French guests. Fantastic advice, Sam was great to deal with this morning. I had done my research and thought I knew what I needed to buy for my Mum’s mobility issues. She guided me with solutions that were better suited. (Eg some walking frames are just for indoor use) Mum loves it! Thanks again

Cannot recommend highly enough! I purchased a recliner chair for my 100 year old mum but after only a few months the seam stitching pulled away. For a couple of months now wonderful girls Trish and Melissa have been working tirelessly to have supplier address the fault under warranty, being met with resistance at every attempt . Thanks to Trish's dogged persistence she finally prevailed! Supplier has now agreed to replace chair. Can't thank you enough Trish and Melissa. Wonderful outcome and such lovely girls to deal with. Would NEVER shop anywhere else when I can get such high quality customer service from Balance Mobility. Well done girls and so truly appreciated.
