I am catching a taxi on Sunday from the Ballarat train station I now am having the flu I got off driver to the taxi, this is not good, why is it this drivers is not staying home while they sick? Is it money is more important than killing …

I didn’t catch the name of my driver as I was super stressed and about to miss my shuttle bus. He was awesome and got me there just in time, even though I was running late.

Very very bad and unreliable. I waited for 20 minutes, nobody came. Called again and they said "wait another 15 minutes and then if nobody picked you up call us again." Apparently this is the only taxi in Ballarat which is very unfortunate. I would have given zero star. Go thank Google I had to give you one.

Rang them three times and they still couldn’t tell me how far away a driver was. Terrible service, telephone workers need better information about their drivers. Would not recommend if looking for a taxi

Incredibly bad service, would hive negative stars if possible. booked a taxi twice today and waited for an hour both times and taxi didn't turn up. Ended up getting a bus. Don't waste your time
