Ballarat Taxis Limited

They used to be a locally owned company with competent dispatches and served the community well. However, since they were acquired by 13cabs, they lost their local identity, customer service and have now seemingly resorted to asking their drivers to give 5-star reviews as most of the recent ones are. Nothing technically wrong in doing this, but it is a little misleading. I truly do wish they offered a better service again as they once did, and hope they improve for the betterment of the community.

Don't actually know if this service is still running. Spoke to an automated machine which told me a taxi was booked to pick me up. I waited an hour and a half before eventually just walking to my destination. Eureka Taxis / Uber / DiDi seem to be the way to go. Wouldn't use this service again. Wouldn't recommend, especially not in a rush!

In past no issues, however my taxi didn't turn up last night in the cold at Wendouree station Saw tracking message later saying something like no pickup in red but no other explanation. I was visible where I said I would be. Station person called and eventually another taxi turned up - all in all over 30 mins wait

Ordered a taxi at 5pm, waited at my gate for an hour and 15 mins. Had three taxis cancel on me. Called the office multiple times and was assured taxi was close

Pathetic service caught maxi taxi today driver had poor hygiene and no respect for road laws. Tailgating speeding and swearing at other road users
