Only gave one star because that is the minimum. Driver was rude, condescending and a know it all about everything! He bagged out every business that we drove past and in the end asked for a tip! Yeah, here’s a tip mate… Be kind! You have no idea what people are going through!!!!

Absolutely terrible service, got no idea why they even have a booking service, booked a Maxi Taxi 5 days inadvance with no prefaces that the service would not be delivered on time, I also rang again earlier on the day needed to check that …

Booking for a wheelchair accessible taxi made three days in advance, then reconfirmed two hours before pickup time. At 15 minutes late told by operator taxi will be there in 3 to 4 minutes, at 45 minutes late told by operator taxi is only 700 metres away, finally picked up 90 minutes late!

This driver turned a 1km journey into 2km! I walked to the location 1st and got a cab back due to the weather. I have included a screen shot of the GPS app tracking both journeys. I will ONLY USE UBER from now on.

Woeful. Worst taxi service, and I've had the unfortunate pleasure of being a customer of 13 cabs in Melbourne too. Unreliable, and absolutely hopeless. They wonder why uber is so popular in town...
