I tore my ACL in February 2024 and started seeing Gabby before my surgery. Having her as my physio has been one of the best parts of my rehab journey. Her knowledge, skill, and encouragement made a huge difference in both my recovery and my mindset. She answered every question with patience and clarity, always made me feel supported, and genuinely motivated me through every stage. Seeing her felt less like an appointment and more like catching up with a friend who just happened to be amazing at what she does. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend her to anyone needing physio care.

I wanted to give a big shout-out to the team at Balmain Sports Medicine for being incredibly understanding and accommodating. We needed to use their driveway for a couple of hours to complete a tricky tree removal job next door, and even though it was a bit of an inconvenience for them, they were super tolerant and cooperative. The owner was a great guy, and you can tell he runs his business with the same kind of care and professionalism that makes a real difference. A special mention also goes to Joseh, the property manager — one of the best guys I’ve met in the field. He stayed with us the whole time to make sure everything ran smoothly and that the property he manages wasn’t inconvenienced in any way. His professionalism, calm attitude, and attention to detail really stood out. If you’re looking for a place that genuinely values people and takes pride in doing things right, I’d definitely recommend Balmain Sports Medicine and highly commend Joseh for his top-notch management.

I saw Madison for a remedial massage for the first time recently to help with neck and leg tension from marathon training, and I was seriously impressed. She really understood where my body was holding stress and worked through those areas with just the right amount of pressure. Even after one session, I felt a noticeable difference—especially in my shins, calves and shoulders. I’m definitely planning to go back as I ramp up my training!

My rating reflects the overall experience - not the massage. Super happy with the sports massage from Madison, who was very thorough and helped with all my main concerns from increased running distance over recent weeks. My main disappointment is with the person at the front desk, who booked in the wrong appointment time (despite me confirming on the phone when booking) and was generally pretty rude at every stage. There was also no confirmation email or reminder which would have helped to prevent this issue in the first place. Overall, Madison was amazing, but the rest of the experience was poor.

I can’t recommend myotherapist Casandra enough. . I was dealing with ongoing carpal tunnel symptoms and felt like surgery was my only option after seeing multiple practitioners with no real results. After just a few sessions, my symptoms improved significantly and now they’ve completely resolved. Her approach is incredibly knowledgeable and focused on fixing the root cause, not just masking the issue. If you’re considering surgery, I’d highly recommend seeing them first. Total game changer.
