I travel from Canberra for my appointment so I appreciate the professionalism from the reminder emails requesting a list of what I need to bring and upon arrival they are willing to store my luggage while I attend my app. A huge thank you to Beth and Craig who both went above and beyond to rebook my appointments and print out a copy of my results .
