Went and saw James today to fix my back after throwing it out playing golf. Barely had any mobility and was in quite a lot of pain before I went, afterwards I had made a surprising amount of improvement and I’m not in pain any more. The facilities are great and it’s in a convinient location. Would highly recommend :)

Numerous Physio sessions with Matt Wiadrowski following road bike (me) head on with a turning car. Matt is excellent in every way - thorough, professional and clearly extremely knowledgeable. He is also very patient and a delightful person. 5 stars from me. John

Podiatrist Sigrid was very helpful and explained to me in details about my condition. Unlike other podiatrists I have consulted, she genuinely seems to care about her patients. Very glad I found her, i'd highly recommend her consultation.

I saw their hand physio Christina for wrist issues after riding my motorbike from Sydney to Gold Coast. Extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely worth it if you are having hand issues. Great bunch overall.

I have been a long term customer of BSM. I think at least 5+ years. Used to drive by everyday and thought to myself I really must go there. So plucked up the courage and booked a remedial massage and never looked back. Jack Su is an absolute guru - I highly recommend booking a session with him. I've also seen their highly competent and professional physiotherapists over the years when I've been in excruciating pain and every single time, EVERY SINGLE TIME they've helped me out - resolved my pain quickly, shortened my recovery and got me back doing crazy old man things again. I will never go anywhere else. I can't love this place and these guys enough. Thanks to physios Michael Caserta, Gavan Sticka and all of their wonderful colleagues who have the hands and minds of healers. And not to miss out on the wonderful front office staff (Kendall, Georgia, Ashley, Laura) who are equally professional and polite and never fail to greet with a smiling face and voice which you can even tell in e-mail and phone. Thanks to all of you wonderful people. Easily the best health practitioner I've ever been to - I've referred other people here and can't tell enough people about you. Cheers Mal
