This is my go to pharmacy, the staff are always helpful and provide exceptional customer service and the Pharmacist is attentive and listens to my concerns. Shoutout to the nurse on duty also.

I called the pharmacist prior to going there to ask if I needed a script for my medication, he was dry on the phone and said. I you do t need a script. When I got there he tells me no I do need a script for the contraceptive pill and he was referring to the morning after pill. I told him they are different and he was unapologetic for the hassle of dragging me there for nothing. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with the male pharmacist there, the female is nicer but honestly most the staff there need a course on better customer service and not to be so arrogant to clients.

Baroone Pharmacy is my go-to pharmacy. The team is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and they’re consistently well stocked with great products. Excellent service every time!
