Bestchance Child Family Care

My child attends a bestchance Family Day Care service and l love it! It is a great environment, only 4 preschoolers to 1 educator and such genuine care is given to my child and our family. I highly recommend bestchance Family Day Care.

Highly disappointed the unprofessional way Best chance staff work, my daughter's carer was on leave due to a personnel reason and best chance informed us she will be returning to work on this Monday the 25th March 2019. We took our personal leave to look after our child during this 2 weeks period as we can't just DUMP our child in an unknown carers hand. This morning, Saturday the 23rd March 2019 around 10 am my husband received a common text message, saying that carer will commence work not from Monday but Tuesday as Best chance should complete her FirstAid training, imaging how helpless we are as parents that we need to organize another day off on Monday as well, with a very short notice on a Saturday morning (not even a working day). General phone line voice record says the business hours are Mon-Fri 9 am -5 pm. So how come staff send a text message on a Saturday 10 am. Are they that unprofessional???? I am confused!!!!The reason being the best chance wants to compliance their regulations by ticking their boxes and we parents have to suffer. Looks like child care is just another job for them to fill their pockets. Very disappointed and don't even want to give a single star for this inhumane act.

Terrible experience I’ve paid a deposit with Tamara to secure a place in one of your courses which unfortuanatley is now not receiving government rebates so I am unable to take part as I can no longer afford it. I’ve now been chasing up the return of my deposit for a couple months yet nothing. My husband has made contact with different staff members eight times now and is unable to arrange for return of deposit. Why am I being ignored.. It should be as simple as ‘ok the course you enrolled for is no longer funded, there has been a change in terms and costs. You have the option of enrolling with these new terms and costs , otherwise. here is your deposit back.

Used to be great but not anymore. They have closed the entire Glen Waverley centre for 2 days in March 2019 due to a gastro outbreak. They did not inform this until 3pm the day before of the closure. They initially said just for one day but at 2:30pm on the following day they said they needed to close for another day. As I work full time, it was not good news at all. There are some disagreements between the management and staff, quite few great staff have left the centre and other staff is not happy to work there. Shame it was not like this. They have never contacted me to discuss regarding this matter

Who would send their child to four year old kindergarten anywhere else? :) Amanda and Rasoja are fantastic at what they do! Great team. Thoroughly enjoying the experience. Marvellous grounds and facility.
