As a provider, it is important that we are kept in the loop with changes that might affect a clients session. Blitzit Plan Manager is prompt to pay client accounts as well as keeping us informed of changes that may affect provided services. I personally have been liasing with Blitzit Plan Manager for just over 3 years and haven't had any issues with client payments being made. I will often pass on Blitzit's details to new NDIS clients and clients who are looking for better support. Thank you for the great support and communication !!!

Require specific reimbursement form to be completed each time including recording bank details every time. It was a challenge to get them to accept it in email format. Great to be able to deal with only one or two people though.

After 6 month we decided to part with Blitzit. There are a few reasons for it. Firstly, their overall web interface is really crappy, compared to other planmanagers. The re-imbursement interface is particulalry annoying as it requires you to re-enter details over and over again for minor amounts. It is really a pain. Secondly, we were not happy at all with their dealing with our funding and requests to pay for supplies. Their dealing with this is extremely inconsistent and amateurish. E.g. they first re-imbursed us for taxi charges without a problem, then we had a bunch of about $400 for taxi charges for trips to physiotherapy and all of the sudden they advised that an ABN was required on every single taxi receipt. Ever since I asked the taxi drivers about it and NO single one has ever heard about such regulations or has ever given his/her personal ABN to disabled people because they needed it to be re-imbursed... Due to the inappropriate management at Blitzit, we are now left with big out of pocket costs, which would have been clearly refundable by NDIS. After changing the planmanager this was never an issue again and we regularly get re-imbursed for the taxi charges without need of any ABN. Overal Blitzit is the most annoying company that nannies participants around calling you for very small items, rquesting justifications, really treating you as if you were a criminal trying to trick the system, although it is clear that all claimed expenses are justified. E.g.they were the only plan manager we ever encountered who initially questioned and refused to refund certain items from independnce Australia (who only stock products for medical use). We changed the plan manager and from now on it was never a problem again. We are not criminals who want to trick the system and we do not want to be treated with mistrust as if we were. There are many other examples of similar sort, some only small but annoying, some substantial and leaving us with costs, because they required details that were not clear in the first place and were not required by other plan managers. Essentially they seem to only work for their Audit and do NOT work for the participants and patients who really need smooth and non-bureaocratic administartion of their funds. Cannot recommend this company at all. There are much better planmanagers out ther. We changed to plantracker and they are great: They are diligent, but work for the patient.
