The team are friendly and responsive, and I really appreciate that statements are issued on time. Extremely poor experience. Legitimate invoices for services delivered were repeatedly refused, despite confirmation from other parties that the invoices were valid and should be paid. There was no accountability, no meaningful escalation pathway, and no practical understanding of how services operate in the real world. Communication felt automated and dismissive, with templated responses rather than genuine engagement or problem-solving. There are many competent, experienced plan managers available, unfortunately, this is not one of them. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
