I joined BodyTrack about 5 years ago and I haven't looked back. These guys aren't personal trainers, they have university degrees in exercise physiology! You'll notice the difference the first time you go as they'll observe your natural body movements and measure all the important health indicators in order to develop a program specifically to suit you and your fitness goals. I've been to a few trainers but have never had such a helpful and personalised fitness experience. They even teach you build your own gym sessions based on your body's needs. Well priced for what you get! Highly recommended!

I've been attending Bodytrack to deal with old injuries and improve my general level of fitness and stability. The facilities are great, the staff are awesome and for those of us who are older, the environment is one that is comfortable and non-judgemental. Highly reccommended.

It is rare for me to feel comfortable in a gym or around 'gym-people'. Bodytrack is an exception. I feel supported here.

The guys at Bodytrack are great exercise physiologists. I have consulted them for my neck injury and have received valuable advice and exercises to getting better from the injury. They treat each customer very seriously and pay a lot of attention to achieve their personal health goals. I also enjoy going to their group training sessions every week. They are always fun and challenging.
