Bodytrack Exercise Physiology

In the aftermath of an awful diagnosis of Type 1 Diabetes, I accidently found Bodytrack. What a great find. So happy with what they have to offer me at 66 years. Staff are positive and professional. I have had important health benefits from the three group classes I do each week. They keep me fit and strong. Just how you want to be as you enter the last chapter of your life. I am very grateful for their support.

I've been having a really good time at Bodytrack, about one year and half so far. I'm really happy with my progress in agility, strength and core stability. Thank you for the very personalized, thoughtfully designed and carefully conducted programs, especially thanks Elisha, thanks for your service that helps me to play my favorite tennis, to prevent injuries, and to be aware of the body movement. I am so appreciative of Bodytrack. If I had not plucked up the courage to make a call 5 years ago I would have had to give up all the activities I love so much because I had constant significant injuries. I excepted to be told there wasn't much they could do but it was completely opposite. Not only did they help me address the initial long standing problems but since then they have helped me achieve things I never thought I could.

I have been a client of Bodytrack for over 5 years. The staff are always friendly, professional and cater to each individual's needs. With our weekly sessions, one is never the same, the Bodytrack team mix it up and always incorporate new exercises and training methods. Highly recommend paying the team a visit!
