Unfortunately I have to give them a star because of Google. They are a no star company. They use call centers overseas which is not the people overseas fault but a lot of them can barely comprehend English. First issue I had with them is that I was having to wait to hear from Doctor and Adjuster on continuing PT because of back issue. I told Careworks employee call me back in a month and see if Doctor got back with me about PT. They kept calling me every two to three days.I kept explaining to them the issue and they threatened to put down I refused to go to PT. Now I have to do MRI on shoulder. Never got a call from them. I get an email for me to call them to set up the appointment. I did. Two days later another email saying to call them to set up appointment because they haven't heard from me. Again I did. few days later I got another email saying I missed an appointment with MRI that I didn't get notified about in the first place.This company is being ran like a bunch of primates trying to hump a football in the wild.
