Scheduled a cleaning showed up and they didnt know why I was there! 3 pages of paperwork later, that they could of sent me, verifying insurance for 45 minutes that could of been done prior to my arrival and I got x Rays and a 3 minute consult on one issue and sent away. Told to reschedule for full exam then I was told i would need to schedule again for a cleaning. 3 appts to get a cleaning? No organization and untrained rude young staff. Milking someone for 3 appts for a cleaning is bad business! They said they needed to look first to see what kind of cleaning I needed, like it takes hours and days to decide what kind of cleaning someone needs. They never asked why I was there, even though I scheduled a cleaning, she only asked if I was having issues. Her excuse was she was just filling in and gave the dont blame me answer. Like hello maybe you should ask people why they're their if theres no notes. Then she tried to blame it on me scheduling online which I told her was false and that I called in. Waited months to get no where! Finding a new dentist!

Dreadful. Plan on any phone call taking at least an hour on hold before being able to speak with a real person. Once you are able to speak with someone they are anxious to get you off the phone and not assist you, as soon as possible. Wrong info is given resulting in numerous phone calls. I am missing payments that nobody can seem to find and would not recommend doing business with this place if you can avoid it.
