so difficult to get a refund from catholic care.

Great people with good views for there own beliefs.

Approached them for couples counseling and was turned away but advised of another program i should sign up for, upon doing my research i was told that i couldn't register for this 3 month course until April. Yet my partner could continue to get individual counseling but not i. In the 3 or more sessions my partner now has the confidence to leave our home with our young child and continues to put us in financial stress yet this branch doesn't not feel its a good enough to assist us both. All i wanted was to have a happy home for all of us but no help from Catholic Care. I feel they are only trying to scam us out of pocket.

We used CatholicCare to assist my dad who has terminal illness with cleaning around the house. Shout out to Hayley who exceeded expectations to ensure the family was happy. When my dad passed away, we were so inundated with things to organize for his funeral that we forgot to notify them before the cleaner arrived. We received a call from Tijana who pretty much accused us of benefiting from the program even after our dad passed away when in reality we didn’t have time. Incredibly insensitive
