frequent changing workers unfortunately. two new weekly lately, due to my health and inability to move easily, am unable to look after them show them where and how to.do their job most of the time.when they leave nearly nothing was done or slowly slowly I must pass over again. I know they are not professionals but at least the minimum could be done. plus other problems will.be long to write. thanjs for your attention.

I signed a contract with them, even tho the rules were strict. On the 5th of march 2026 the speech therapy was supposed to come at 9:30. And they called me at 8:45 and said the speech therapy is sick. I said okay. Mind you there was an interpreter waiting to do their service, he stood outside for more than 40 minutes and she was not present. I booked another appointment for today at 9:30 am, she called me again at 9:25 am and she said I need 15 minutes to arrive. 15 minutes passed by, and I waited and waited until 10 am and she did not arrive. Was she commuting by an airplane to take this long? She did not even show up. I advised no one to sign with this office. They are not honest in their work. This includes appointments, times etc. they have poor management, and the office staff are not trained well. They are not even honest with their words. Just lies. Even tho my values did not align with their strict rules, regardless I still signed. I have been waiting for 3 months to get a therapist and no one has ever came.
