First Choice Plan Management are hands down EASILY the best plan management service in the NDIS space. Their service model means that you are allocated ONE person who oversees your plan, knows YOU and your situation, and your specific NDIS plan details. This means that you don’t have to explain your situation and background every time you call. No question is silly and they are always so helpful and knowledgeable with the NDIS framework. As a support coordinator I love the fact that they contact their clients quarterly and they always contact me first for a quick check in to make sure they are up to date with any changes, and give me a run down of the plan funds, and any forecasts of overspends or underspends. After two 'structure changes'. There's 'radio silence' frequently. I wouldn't sign with them or if you are; GET OUT NOW! Phone isn't answered; messages and emails are not returned until you say you are leaving. Several staff members have left suddenly. In place, the staff are more concerned about providers, not for participants who pay the wages of the staff via NDIS funding. Providers have been informed, clients are left 'hanging' and have to put up with this behaviour as they don't have a voice.

First Choice Plan Management are the best Plan Managers I’ve experienced. I am my daughter’s nominee, so I deal with them and Tricia is such a professional and so good at her job. They listen to you, are very knowledgeable and try and help you the best they can. Highly recommended.

Complete ghost mode and ive been unsuccessful in accessing my sons plan hes gone several months with no support. Hes got speech delays Development delays Just been diagnosed with adhd as well. Absolutely unbelievable.
