Made my first appointment. Was called and given an earlier appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, that the psychologist him self called to confirm earlier that day, the receptionist said I don't have an appointment. I played her the message from the psychologist asking me to come in later that day and she said it's tomorrow. Completely incompetent.

This practice is so understanding and genuinely care about their patients, the receptionists are EXCELLENT always making sure E prescriptions are there on time for there patients Would definitely recommend!! Karen receptionist is on the ball with everything so a special thank you to her and all other staff definitely makes life easier

Excellent service and very friendly staff. Coralie has helped me so much over the passed few years. Keep up the great work. Edit; I'm now seeing a new person, in the new building and Jason is awesome, great bloke and knows what his doing. Talking to him feels like talking to a friend who listens. friendly staff who is always helpful 🙂
