My experience with this provider was, frankly, unacceptable. Services were cancelled abruptly when speech pathologists left, with no meaningful transition or support in place. For a service working with vulnerable families, this showed a concerning lack of foresight and care. I found the conduct throughout the process to be unprofessional, particularly when concerns were raised. Resolution attempts were, in my experience, handled poorly and added unnecessary stress. The situation ultimately had to be resolved through the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), which placed an additional burden on me as a carer. The Tribunal made findings regarding the provider’s ability to deliver the anticipated services, including a failure to meet notice requirements, which reflects the concerns I had raised throughout the process. I would not recommend this provider and if I could rate them lower, I would.
