I purchased here some time ago & the staff were very nice, bent over backwards to get what I needed & even waited for me as I was a little late, stuck in traffic. Excellent service.

Richard at Berwick was very helpful and caring BUT do not go in if the woman is there, she was very rude, I had to drive to Carrum Downs (with a broken toe) because she had sold the item that Richard had put away for me...avoid her at all costs

After dropping my adult Daughter at the hospital for an ankle op I went there at 9am to get some crutch pads. The man was very helpful although they were not officially open. Thank you!
