Service delivery was appalling. The over toilet seat (booked a fortnight prior) and promised to arrive on the Friday with my elderly husband being discharged from hospital on the Sunday after major surgery was a no show. They could not have shown less concern. The driver was apparently too busy. I had to ring around and borrow one. Other equipment ordered finally arrived on Monday afternoon. Also, prices shown do not include GST. A most disappointing and unprofessional business. Not recommended.

Disappointed. Looking for a wheelchair for my wife. Staff spent 30 minutes trying various other stores looking for the model and then stated they would order. When we left store and were half way home received call that wheelchair was actually in store. Hopeless! Found same wheelchair online with free delivery for cheaper!

Could not fault the service we received. Also impressed with product knowledge of team member assisting us, didn't catch her name unfortunately.

Tried calling and the robot would hang up after 1 min and 50 seconds, tried all location numbers. Seems fraudulent
