Community Housing Canberra Ltd

Oh my the staff here are so fantastic. I can not say enough positive things about them. They have been so understanding with my lateness of information and my general not getting back to them. They are so wonderfully understanding and patient.

I have been with CHC since 2018 I never seen such a a great organisation for community housing with a good reputation and the tenancy Officers are really good, caring and supportive people I ever known. The CHC maintenance is very efficient and I like how responsive they are as Housing ACT is the worst in Canberra.

Kym was Best, No issues CHC always kept in contact and maintenance issues were address immediately. Overall we were blessed to have had opportunity tO rent through CHC property

I Love CHC I have been living in their unite for more than 21 year. Never been happer. They done so many exclent work theirfor, I can not say Thankyou enough to each one of team. Thankyou bleess

The staff is really quick and kind, always answering your questions, and automatically maintaining the smoke alarm when it's due. When our family really struggled to find a place to live and what a low-income family could afford, CHC accepted us like a savior. We really appreciate you.👏👏👍👍 …
