Google MapsThese guys were truly wonderful. We were in a CHC house for over 4 years and we absolutely loved it. The house was beyond great. Any maintenence requests were handled swiftly. Staff and property managers were a delight to deal with. Very flexible and overall and the gold standard of how a real estate organisation should conduct themselves! I have always referred CHC to friends and family whenever I had the chance. In the end CHC played a pivtol role in supporting my family to feel safe and have a roof over our heads when we needed them and get ahead. Their support allowed us to over time climb our way out of debt and eventually buy our very own first home! All whilst not having to sacrafice our comfort and pleasure, as the home was wonderful and we did our best to maintain it as we were truly appreciative. Shirly in particular was a standout for us at CHC, but honestly all staff were lovely to deal with! Con's? splitting hairs here... - neighbour across the road could be difficult to deal with at times... not CHC's fault in any way of course. - Summers were a bit sweaty as the property didn't have an aircon system. (had a heating system though which is the legal obligation within the ACT). So we didn't make a fuss :) Thank you CHC for everything! Jason A & Shannon S
