How wonderful the whole staff cared for the residents during cyclone Alfred. Some staff slept over to ensure everything ran smoothly. Thanks to the chef for delivering meals as usual and to Aneil and Karen for also sleeping over to provide comfort and support for everyone. All the staff at Regis Aspley are amazing 🤩 …

Thank you to the overnight team at Regis Aspley. After returning from a lengthy stay in hospital emergency at 230am, it was great to see in addition to the on duty RN, a new position of EN has been added to assist through the night. We were able to see first hand the benefits of this new position not only providing valuable support to the RN, but also the Care Staff. Thanks again to Ivan and his nightshift crew.

My grandmother is in this aged care facility and in terms of her care and the staff it is excellent. However every time I go to visit her I can never get a carpark. I have raised this with management months ago, yet nothing has been done. I have witnessed many times the staff parking in the spaces on site. I have to then leave the premises head on the main road, U-turn and park sometimes several hundred metres down the road. Considering alot of visitors would be aged themselves the staff should not be allowed to park on site and utilise road parking.

My Father David recently passed away after complications from a brief illness. He had only recently moved into Regis at Aspley. So in that few months, experienced with my father the how and who makes this facility operate which I feel ultimately creates a new "home" or just a "place" for your loved one to live. First impressions were "Wow" the premise it self looks and feels like a very nice "motel' Not a "hospital with furnishings" Secondly and more importantly the staff do genuinely care and to many you can see this isn't just a "job" for them. And this ethic very obviously flows down from management. The manager, Karen is one of the most lovely lady's I have met and on many occasions took upon herself to keep in touch and assist in helping dad in his own time adjust to his new home and also make some new mates with similar life experiences. A very personal touch that hadn't even occurred to me. In summary, after a very short time. I felt at ease where my father was now living Something I did not feel I would ever feel in this situation. And I would also like to acknowledge Katie You are truly a caring wonderful person. And dad looked upon you as a close friend Thank you so much

We were lucky enough to secure a spot for Mum in Regis Aspley first, then when Dad also needed care, as soon as a place was available Regis Aspley got Dad in a room opposite Mum. Our parents were getting excellent, personalised medical care, whilst being together. Sadly, we recently lost Mum. The care and compassion shown by Anil, Karen, Katie & Rubina to our Dad as well as the whole family has been outstanding. We could not ask for Dad to be in better hands at this time of losing his wife of 69 years. We were so worried about Dad on the day of the funeral, but Regis Aspley organised Katie to be Dad's companion for the whole day. She was Dad's & the family's support system every step of the day. We have named the principal carers, but the whole Aspley team has been absolutely wonderful, caring and so respectful of both our parents. I think it says it all that at the funeral when introducing Katie to family & friends, Dad called her "My Katie". Mum would be so happy to know the Regis Aspley family is looking after her whole family. We are truly indebted to them. If you are currently researching aged care, then Regis Aspley is the place to go.
