Just rang Cumberland Council with an inquiry and spoke to Natasha, who was quick to speak to the correct person and come back to me with the answer. Polite and helpful, thank you Natasha.

If there was a 0 star option i would have used it. Most shocking council ever !! Disgusting staff dont even know what they’re talking about , lazy council only care about revenue. Seriously appauling !

Extremely insensitive and rude staff, I can not believe that in a beautiful country like Australia there is a council full of rude and aggressive staff. They should be replaced by people who have empathy.

Dialled them up for a previous council rate bill. The transfer to their rates department, and the digital copy emailed through proceeded smoothly!
