Had my first visit with my new GP Dr Neuberger yesterday. He is a delight! Not only is he very knowledgeable and kind but he is the first doctor in a long time that I felt completely comfortable with in fully disclosing my concerns about my health without feeling like a hypochondriac. The practice is extremely fortunate to have him.

Reception staff are very friendly and helpful or go online and check available appointments its all too easy. My Dr actually listens and is very helpful ⭐⭐ Turn up to your pre-book appointment and my average wait be less than 5 minutes👍. Getting an appointment the same day you ring up mite be bit hard but you can only try.

The reception staff are friendly and helpful. The Doctor calm and clear. The nurses are kind and thoughtful. Everyone did their their jobs wonderfully. I felt like I was in good hands. I recommend this practice.

Professional customer service from the front desk. My doctor (Zoe Dodge) always professional and always taking the time to listen carefully and explain everything clearly. I feel truly supported and confident in my care every time I visit.

Derwent Valley Medical Centre welcomed me today with respect and diligence as a new patient. I was seeing Dr. Sam - an attentive and professional young doctor with empathy and she listened to my concerns and things, older patients like me marvel about, let's say it semi-glossy like this. The reception staff was kind and efficient too and explained procedures to me very well and it all went smoothly, even if it was a busy day in the centre, cause the waiting room was full of patient patients.
