Professional, friendly, caring and efficient. Having only been attending this practice for a year due to previous GPs retirement I have found all the interactions I have had here to be positive and professional. The staff and doctors I have observed seem to comfortably enjoy their work environment which is expressed in their genuine respect for one another and their patients.

20 years ago I moved from the upper Derwent valley and I now live at Seven Mile Beach. I travel best part of an hour to get to the DVMC which is in itself a testimony to the quality of care that I get. I have been a patient of Dr Martin Neuberger since he started 23 years ago and have been given wonderful care by him, the nurses and reception staff. Thanks to all of you

I have nothing but praise for the staff of Derwent Valley Medical Centre. The Doctors, Nurses and counter staff are professional, courteous and treat all patients respectfully. I have used this service for many years and really appreciate the way that this medical centre is run. My compliments to Dr Martin Neuberger, who is my regular Gp.
