I could not recommend DoAbility enough. Sandra and Tom cannot do enough to help you. Sandra is EXTREMELY responsive, so kind and there is nothing about paediatric equipment she doesn't know. She WILL find a solution no matter what you need. I have searched far and wide for a company and an equipment rep like Sandra and I am beyond grateful for all DoAbility have done and continue to do. Also, you will find that DoAbility's prices are extremely competitive and when you pair it to the customer service, you would not go anywhere else.

Quick service but no parking near shop.

Very bad communication. I have had to chase up a ‘Katie’ chair for past 3 weeks and still waiting. No one follows up and unless I make phone calls I don’t hear from company. They have given me a temporary show room chair but I paid a substantial amount of money for a new chair which a month later still have not received.

After I broke my foot the day before my daughter’s wedding the staff here went out of their way and beyond to get me the knee scooter I needed to be upright for the wedding, rather than in a wheel chair. I am very grateful for that. It made the world of difference to me on the day. Excellent service and helpful mindset.

Sandra and the team at DoAbility have been extremely helpful with a couple of clients I'm working with, who need equipment. I've been able to get great advice and equipment for trials, which has been greatly appreciated and made my job much easier!
