Great service, quality equipment, knowledgeable staff. Very caring staff. The actual genuine care for my son and wanting to make sure he's got everything properly in order and set up for his comfort and use is excellent and refreshing. He wasn't just a number or $ for them but a human being needing support.

All the folks at DoAbility are amazing, with a special shout out to Teri of Customer Support, for her great communication, patience and care, as I navigated my bed purchase through NDIS. Delivery and bed set up also went smoothly. I would definitely recommend DoAbility for your special needs items and I intend to do business with them again.
