Fixed my breaks on my aspire walker. The showroom is amazing. Lots of equipment for all different needs.

We placed an order for nearly $15000 worth of equipment three months ago. Initially we were told it would be 6 weeks and when I followed up after that 6 weeks, we were told it would be another 6 weeks. Half the order has arrived and we are still waiting for the other half, and have had no update from Do Ability as to why and when we can expect our order. To add to the frustrations, when the first half of our order arrived, one of the items was the wrong size! Regarding their delivery service, twice they have failed to turn up as per arrangement. Once they said they had the wrong address! I have waited at home all morning for them and no one makes contact to let us know what is going on. It’s very rude and disrespectful of people’s time. Disability equipment for families like ours is a need, not a want, and there has been little understanding from DoAbility in this regard. They were efficient at assisting with selection of equipment and quoting, but ever since our money was paid, the service levels have dropped off. If you want good communication and timely delivery of items, I highly recommend going elsewhere.

In person service was great, however, the communication post sale was a little disappointing. It took three phone calls to chase up the estimated delivery date of items purchased. The delay was explained to me in detail on my third phone call (would have been nice on the first phone call). Delivery was prompt and item was exactly as expected. Comfortable and useful for my elderly father's needs. Thank you.

Tom provided excellent service. I was looking for a quad motor recliner. He was very helpful and supportive, and didn't pressure me. I eventually bought the Alivio Picasso and an extremely happy with it. Delivery was easy. Doability are a great business to deal with. Thank you.

Every time l have a problem they are the first ones to resolve the issue especially Terri.
