Google MapsDISGRACEFUL. The extreme stress and pain that Auto Extras have caused my mum and myself is indescribable. They severely damaged my mums BRAND NEW Mercedes Sprinter. This was mums first new vehicle purchase in over 20 years and she was going to be building a camper van to live in. What should have been an extremely exciting and happy time for mum turned into an absolute nightmare. What made us even worse was the way they treated us after the damage was done. They treated us like idiots (probably because we were female and they thought they could pull the wool over our eyes) and they tried to act like the damage wasn’t even bad. When they were given the opportunity (Legally they had to be given this) to ‘fix’ their mistakes they did even more damage! Mums BRAND NEW van significantly dropped in value. The costs of the repairs are huge but really, it will never fully be repaired to its new state that it was before they damaged it. UPDATE: Owner has just replied to my review saying he doesn't know me or my name. Absolute lie. My mums case has been taken to QCAT, he is very aware of who my mum is and the extreme amount of damage they did to her van.

Google MapsHired a mobility van to have my mum out for 2 days, initially we were told 4 day hire was a minimum, however the team were so accommodating and allowed us the 2 days needed. Meant the world to have our Mum out for the holidays. For anyone that has a loved one confined to a princess chair, would highly recommend using this service. Thank you from me and my family!!

Google MapsThe service Amy provided was exemplary. I could not highly recommend this company to hire an accessible vehicle from. Amy Met us at the airport to deliver the vehicle and was on time and so helpful. We Received a parking fine for parking in an accessible wheelchair space as we Did not display our disability sticker. Amy kindly lodged this with the council and was able to retract the fine. We hired 7 seater hyundai which was perfect. Extremely spacious and suited our needs
