I’ve experienced neck and shoulder pain on and off for years, but recently the pain became so intense I could barely turn my head. A family member recommended Dynamic Movement Physical Therapy and Wellness when the other things I tried (ice, heat, massage, etc.) didn’t help my pain, and within moments of contacting Dr. Iden I had an appointment for treatment. I was so grateful for the quick response and appointment, since my pain was really limiting me. Dr. Iden was friendly and professional, and made me feel comfortable so I was able to focus on the treatment. I started feeling better that day and after a second treatment I was on my way to feeling great! Dr. Iden explained everything she was doing and how/why it would help, and then provided me with written instructions for the exercises after the appointment which I really appreciated. She even reviewed my “home office” set up to offer advice on how to improve the ergonomics, since I owe a big part of my pain to hunching over a computer all day for work. I highly recommend Dr. Iden and am grateful to her for helping me feel better!

I’ve had a number of injuries and need several surgeries, some joint replacements Bernard F was my therapist for a couple of them. And after doing rehab at several different agencies in the past , he is the most knowledgeable and has healed me up faster than the others He’ll be my go to therapist if I end up needing another surgery.
