Since I've had numerous practitioners provide physical therapy for me over a 30-year span, I'm quite qualified to judge the level of treatment and results received from such a therapist. Laura and Bernard, my therapists, are extremely knowledgeable and extremely skilled, allowing me to reap exceptional benefits from their treatments -- in flexibility, agility, strength and pain reduction.

I very highly recommend Laura, she is an amazing physical therapist that truly cares and customizes her care and treatment to my individual needs. I first met Laura right after I had given birth to my first son and she treated me for my sprained ankle. Laura also had a boy the same age as my son and had no problem treating me while I had my baby in the bjorn carrier, we made it work! I am now very grateful that Laura is making home visits and helping me with my recovery after having surgery to repair my umbilical hernia and diastasis recti the results of a traumatic childbirth injury I had while in labor with my 2nd son. Laura focuses on the entire body including, often ignored but very important breath work. Especially during these crazy times, it is such a gift to have an exceptional physical therapist in the convenience of my home. Our visits are the perfect balance of hands on work, breath work and movements. After each visit Laura emails me a detailed review of what we did and the exercises that I should be doing at home. While at first I was hesitant to go out of network, I am so glad that I did because I know I wouldn’t be getting the quality treatment that I have with Dynamic Movement Physical Therapy and Wellness!
