I have personally had the privilege of using My Ability Cares services first hand through my NDIS Plan getting help from several of their Support Workers at various times and every one of them have been professional and very caring and will do anything for you within reason. They tailor support to your needs. My Ability Care as a whole have changed my life for the better as being involved in several accidents one which nearly ended my life I am no longer confident in my driving abilities due to my panic attacks and anxiety from them they have given me support to do my shopping and take me to my appointments when required with as little as 48 hours notice. I would thoroughly recommend their services to anyone who seeks help from a Support Workers who give you their all and provide you with the best of care possible.

They are helpful, caring and has very prompt service. It doesn't matter what time of day you contact them they are always friendly and makes the client feel special.

Have used this company 7 times and one time the driver never turned up and I had to find urgent last minute alternative for my chemotherapy appointment. Someone totally stuffed up at MGN.
