Enaaly

In the first week of October 2025 I had total knee reconstructions, while still a patient I was visited by the wards social worker who suggested as I live alone & once released home I'd need transport for follow up consultations with surgeons / doctors, plus under go more x-ray’s & scans, attend physiotherapy sessions plus grocery shopping all while using crutches, walking stick, so she signed me up with Ennaly via myagedcare. I’m so grateful that she did this as being a non driver, one can’t always rely on friends to drive one around especially during working hours, at this stage using public transport is a nightmare while recuperating as one runs the risk of being bumped into, hit or knocked over, crutches being knocked out of ones hands by passengers in a hurry to get on or off, so Ennaly’s services were much needed. I’d been informed that some transport companies can be somewhat difficult to deal with but after being transported by Ennaly I find it’s the complete opposite. Communicating with Nazreen from our first interaction has been a pleasure, her phone manner & politeness puts one at ease, she is very supportive & may I add her sense of humour also helps in making everything progress smoothly. Over the months I’ve been driven by company driver David, who on arrival gets out opens the passenger door, helps me in the car, I’ve found him to be a friendly, polite helpful man, during the drive we’ve had some interesting conversations. He’s always prompt but if for some reason he’s been held up with a previous client he updates me with a text of his new arrival time. If the company drivers aren’t available because they’re on another job then an Uber is provided, before becoming an Ennaly client I’d never used an UBER, I was somewhat apprehensive having heard UBER horror stories but I can honestly say that after using numerous UBERS I’m a fan. To date I haven’t encountered any problems or difficulties with any UBER driver, all that have driven me been courteous, friendly, helpful with opening doors, I’d like to add every UBER I’ve travelled in has been extremely clean & as with David I’ve had some interesting informative conversations with the drivers. If for some reason an Uber driver cancels Nazreen is onto it straight away to provide me with a follow up. I’d thoroughly recommend Ennaly to anyone whom needs transport whether it be needed after a hospital stay or if one has health issues that require transport. Cheers, Warren
