Beyond expectations in customer service. I called Excel Cleaning with a last minute vacate job and they responded quickly and efficiently. Within minutes they were able to confirm a time and price. As I work full time and could not be there to let the cleaners in they were able to assist me with alternative methods which meant I could get on with my day. I was kept informed with any issues and was told when the job was done upon completion. Excel Cleaning took the stress out of a difficult time so for that I can't thank them enough. Thanks James!
