I could not have asked for a better customer service/fitness experience. This service was virtual because I'm in the United States, and Fit Clinic is in Australia. Still, it was everything I needed. The team quickly responded to any of my inquires through the easy-to-use app. My workouts were innovative and easy to follow. It was obvious they were interested in helping me meet my goals. They followed up with me regularly, and the tone was always supportive, never pushy. If you are somewhat familiar with the gym, but want to build on your fitness knowledge and broaden your experience, this is an excellent for you.

This is a really great gym environment, the quality equipment is clean and well maintained. Aaron tested and tailored a strength program for my son's recent focus on BMX racing. Aaron has been both thoughtful and careful in his approach, with gentle encouragement at the right times. Recommended!
