So friendly & personal. Love their low key group sessions! Well paced, but can always feel it the next day. Aaron, Jess & Deana are just lovely! I've only been attending to 2 weeks & I already feel part of the 'family'.

Absolutely love Fitclinic ! I was looking for a gym that really cared and looked after its clients and Fitclinic ticks all the boxes. They tailor workouts and movements to your fitness level , and are especially great for clients that have injuries. The sports physiologists push you enough to make sure you challenge yourself and get results, but not to the point you give up or injure yourself. The gym is absolutely immaculate and clean and just a great environment. The other members are all so supportive and even though everyone is at such different fitness levels , we all are there encourage each other on. Fitclinic allows you to get fit in a safe, clean and supportive environment and you you have fun and make friends at the same time. You are not just another number ! Love my gym - love Fitclinic

This place is next level, without their help I would not have recovered from my transplant operation at anywhere near the rate that I have, 4 years on and it's still motivating speaking with the team. I recommend them to everyone I know that is having any form of physical requirements. Aaron and his staff deserve all the awards that they win and then some. Truly passionate about what they do. Another note would be an extremely good music selection.
