A quality provider. Good communication and responsive to clients and suppliers. They pay invoices quickly.

From a providers point of view, these guys have unfortunately been one of the worst plan managers to deal with. Their customer service via email is very frustrating, in that it is vague and not specific. We'll be told an invoice can be paid, then told its being referred to some other internal team, then not here back from them, then need to prompt them for payment... Basically, most other plan managers these days are pretty professional, but these guys are large (i think due to mergers or acquisitions) but frankly just clunky. Oh, and we've recently had their AI that reads invoices incorrectly reject a few of ours because it was adding up the dollar amounts wrong. It was reading subtotal breakdowns of line items wrong, which their human staff were able to see was wrong immediately. Despite that,t hey rejected about 7 invoices, and we've asked them to get their tech people to fix the AI....which still hasn't happened. so I've had to call a number of times to try and get this resolved. Look all in all, plan managers are largely undifferentiated from one another, so just go to a better one, that would be my tip.

Totally fake service don’t be fooled like I have. Took over my funding incredibly quickly and send automated response for the first 3 days I’v had zero human communication since this I terminated service and NDSP is now ignoring and withholding my NDIS plan from me!! Had to report to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS NDSP PLAN MANAGER! SAVE YOURSELF THE SUFFERING AND DO NOT USE THIS FAKE SERVICE!

Nothing but problems. They will not fill out forms needed for my orders to be processed through my suppliers. They take days to respond and the incorrect information from one employee to another has made me loose complete faith in their ability to manage our plan.
