NDSP used to be good. Now you are on hold excessive times and can barely decipher what staff say over the phone. Another lazy money grab NDIS provider.

Easy set-up. Well supported. All of our providers have had no issues or concerns with invoicing.

Prompt invoice consideration and an easy payment process. A no hassle NDIS service. I have had no truoble working with Plan manager except at the beginning in understanding the early set-up procedures.

I have known of these guy's for years now, through different organisations I deal with, but recently one of my client's changed to them for plan management, I've had no issues with invoicing and he is happy with the service

Have been with MPM for a few months now and then customer service is terrible. They take their fees out on time but getting them to reimburse us takes forever after jumping through hoops! I have emailed multiple times and no reply at all. I called and spoke with Chelsea who was so lovely and a great help but since then i have emailed the accounts team with no reply almost 5 weeks later! Absolute joke. Would not recommend.
