Freedom Mobility Scooters are an amazing company to deal with. Sales are open and honest with reliable information to help with an important decision. My husband purchased his scooter here and had a few problems but Martin went to enormous lengths to resolve the problem. The after sales service is fantastic. I purchased from another company and when I went to contact them for a new tube they had closed and I found they were only able to send it from Queensland. I found myself stranded and Freedom Mobility Scooters stepped up to help me. They do not discriminate and service and/or repair both scooters when needed. If I could give six stars out of five for service I would. Thank you. Highly recommended for quality, knowledge and service.

Big thank you to Martin and his team at Freedom Scooters. Visited the showroom in Ringwood and straight away I knew this was the place to buy my mums new scooter from. Martin was very helpful with all information I needed to show Mum and help her select a new scooter. Mum picked her fav from the brochures Martin gave me and it was then time to take Mum to the showroom for a test ride. Once we entered the showroom Mum only wanted to look at the scooter that met us as we entered. I am not sure who Mum fell in love with more, Martin, or the Gatsby Scooter. Delivery day was very quickly organised and Mum was now in love with three things from Freedom. Martin her Gatsby and Daniel the delivery and install man. Funny listening to my 82 year old Mum saying if only I was 50 years younger. So impressed with the service we brought Mum an Electric wheelchair I’m sure so she could see Daniel again. The service from Martin and Daniel and Freedom is by far up there with the best customer service I have ever experienced. Good service doesn’t end once payment is received, congratulations Martin and Daniel for outstanding after sales service. Highly recommend Martin, Daniel and the Freedom Scooter team for all your needs.

I have been dealing with Martin and the team at Freedom Mobility Scooters for a few years now and have always received excellent service. I recently purchased a new scooter from them and cannot recommend their after sales service highly enough. Martin and Daniel have always been extremely caring and courteous towards me and I thank them very much.

We were extremely impressed with the assistance and the care that Martin showed to us for such a large purchase that gave my brother his freedom. He was honest and didn't push us towards the most expensive option from the get go. He educated us as to which mobility scooter would suit him best and also showed us how best to maintain the scooter. He offers advice whenever needed and shows a real passion that proves that he genuinely cares for the people he interacts with. I would recommend everyone who is in need for a mobility scooter to give them a call as soon as you start looking as the service was outstanding.
