Google MapsI have known Grace Children's Therapy to be the most professional and caring practice. Highly recommended in social circles! You can rest assured you are in good hands and they will take great care of you and your loved ones!

Google MapsThe therapists are incredibly caring and skilled, creating a warm and nurturing environment for the children. They make remarkable progress in a short time, and focus on achievable goals, working alongside the children . The facility is clean, well-equipped, and feels like a safe haven for children.

Google MapsWe took a peer feeding session here at Grace Therapy following a daunting 7 month wait. To start off, the lack of professionalism, understanding and sharing of misinformation by one of the receptionists led to the manager contacting me directly to address the issue. Then, despite us mentioning what allergies our child had across multiple forms a number of times as well as during the sessions, we were served with an allergy food at least 3 times over the course of 10 weeks. Their attention to detail and level of care for children is extremely disappointing, irresponsible and unprofessional. However it seems they happily take advantage of the NDIS program by charging an arm and a leg for their services. And to top it off, the program in no way improved my child’s case. It was a big waste of time and effort. Edit: following your response, Anita, it seems your manager did not record the issue at hand which should have been visible to you. Perhaps it’s time that you, as a director, start investigating the integrity and operations of your clinic staff. There are desperate families in need of feeding support out there who are doing it tough, yet one of your receptionists have no empathy towards these families including ours, and the sessions didn’t help us in any way whatsoever.

Google MapsKelly and Karen, have taken a lot of interest in my seven year old son, putting his goals in the forefront, and always making sure that his requirements are met. He has built a wonderful rapport with Kelly and always looks forward to his session. And the ladies working in admin- Gajula, and Charmaine, are always very helpful and accomodating, thank you Grace OT team
