They say that will do my wheelchair is 4 years old and they try to fix but they can not fix now I am waiting for parts over 6 to 8 weeks with a call or email updates NDISshould step in

Ive been trying to get my wheelchair fixed by these guys for almost a year now maybe more , it took 3 months to get a tech out to me to fix my front casters , with all sorts of excuses like they didnt have my chair on file or well get back you and they never do , when a tech finally came out he was rude and didnt even know what size spanners to use to undo the bolts , after he left within a week the front casters had failed and it was another long saga to get any one to come out , he also took my spare chair and wheels and is now saying he never took the wheels and management ofcourse is backing his story, so im left with a chair with no wheels , as soon as i brought this up i was told to take my business elsewhere, ive also had many times where i was over charged or double billed..I WOULD STEER WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.too
