Google MapsWhen submitting the quote for my wheelchair to NDIS, GTK split the quote for my wheelchair and smart drive but did not put a total. This meant NDIS only approved part 2 of the quote which was the smart drive. Because of this mistake and having to have NDIS process the quote again it is coming up to 6 months since my quote was submitted to NDIS and I still don't have a wheelchair. No one can seem to tell me when my chair will be ready which is upsetting.

Google MapsRecently purchased a customised wheelchair and seating through GTK. Excellent assessment process and they spent hours with me adjusting my seating to be just right. Couldn't be happier with service from a business who knows their products and how to adjust for the individual.

Google MapsEvery single person that works here is absolutely amazing and caring from the lovely people who answer the phones to the wheelchair technicians. Special shout out to Justin Tarabine! Never have I met a professional that goes over and beyond to make sure his clients are taken care of and comfortable every step of the way! If anyone from high up in GTK reads this Justin deserves a pay rise! If you want any assistive technology anyone from GTK is awesome but Justin Tarabine is the best in the whole industry. 11/10

Google MapsVery difficult to deal with. Sold a wheelchair that does not meet the promised functionality to a man who is totally reliant on a wheelchair for mobility, and they do not seem to care. The wheelchair slows down to a crawl inexplicably (not fixed), the batteries all totally died (were replaced), chair will not drive in a straight line, making it nearly impossible to drive the chair up the loading ramp of his car (being fixed?). Finally discover crack in the thick metal frame. Service tech said the whole chair is bent, and looking you see the chair is not symmetrical. They take the chair away, with a promise that the chair will be fixed to meet this man's needs. That was February 2017. It is now May 2017, no phone call, no visit, no nothing....we have no chair. This a company that demanded half payment to confirm the order, then full payment before delivery. Problems are never addressed in a timely manner, and unfortunately, some of the staff are rude and lack any empathy at all. The local representative (Newcastle) never returns calls, or replies to messages. I WOULD STEER WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.
